For this assignment I was asked to create a few questions and answers from the interview:
1. What was Ron Smith’s main goal for his students?
-To help students get into the entertainment industry through movies, graphics,
web design, media internships, and mentorship.
2. What type of media did he see students gravitating towards to express themselves creatively?

3. What implementations did Ron see teachers using most?

4. List some of the Technologies Ron stated teachers aren’t using.
-Scratch (MIT Game App)
-Stretch Up by Google (3D model)
-Blender (3D animations)
5. Does Ron give a tutorial on how to use the Apps or does he let the students figure it out themselves at first.
-He let’s them try and figure it out themselves first.
6. What strategies does Ron use to get his own students engaged?
-He uses anything he can (movies, sound, etc.)
-He implements the new technologies as they come out
-Lets his kids express themselves
